Laughing Heart Music’s Music & Wellness series aims to increase wellbeing through music and movement.

Long before science established a connection between music and the nervous system, people felt the benefits of music on mental health. Music can make us feel energized, reflective, calm, restful, and powerful. This series brings together local wellness leaders and musicians as they explore the sound-body connection through yoga, hiking, dance and more.
