62 Broadway has two distinct spaces that are available for rent: our company boardroom, and our open concept events space.
Our ultimate goal is to provide the artistic community with professional spaces and an atmosphere in which to hone and present their work.

Micro Studio
Calling all aspiring musicians, podcasters, and sound enthusiasts! Are you ready to unleash your creativity and bring your audio projects to life? Look no further than 62 Broadway. As a member, you gain access to our Micro Studio which provides access to all the basics needed to get started with your own recording and demoing. Members can book this space out for free up to 2 hours per month ($46 value!). Available gear includes:
